Optimist Park

Optimists Park was established in 1993. This park has two boat ramps for access to the Missouri River, two floating docks for temporary mooring, a fish-cleaning station and restrooms. There are two small picnic shelters with grills and a bench swing. The park can be reached from Highway 30 just west of the Blair Bridge: turn north on Marina Road, turn right onto Fairview Drive on the north side of the railroad overpass and follow Fairview to the river. The park was established in part by a grant from the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission. The Blair Optimists funded construction of the boat ramps.
