City of Blair Residents

Library cards are free to City of Blair Residents. Please bring the following items to apply for a library card:

  • Proof of current mailing address
    • This can include a driver's license, a piece of mail, rental agreement, etc.

Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent / guardian present to sign up for a Juvenile / Child's Library Card.

County Residents

The fee for a county resident to receive a Blair Public Library and Technology Center Library Card is $25.00. A scholarship program that covers the county usage fee of $25.00 is available to in-county residents. Please speak with a Librarian for more details.
