💳 Online Bill Pay Update! 💧
It’s go-live week, Blair! Starting Wednesday, November 19th, residents and water customers can log in to our new Online Bill Pay Portal and create their logins using their account number.
📬 Attached is the letter mailed out today, which describes the various payment options you can select, and includes an EXAMPLE bill. On Wednesday, instructions will be emailed to current FrontDesk utility payment customers informing them how to setup a new account. The same information will be available on this web page.
👉 We cannot stress this enough — Wednesday is go-live day! That’s the first day you’ll be able to create your new login and get everything set up.
